In early 2005, Orthosupply Management, Inc. identified a market opportunity to better serve the orthopedic market and DME claims processing.  By early 2006, clinics started placing DME claims through Orthosupply instead of placing them through their current stock and bill vendors.  By late summer the company started to increase its presence in clinics on both the East and West Coast of the United States. 

Recognizing that total medical management services was not only relative to orthopedics and DME opportunities, the company renamed its self Medical Management Solutions, Inc. in August with plans of servicing a wider market. The company is now publicly traded as (MSMT).
